This story of the Virgin Mary apparition comes from Medugorje in Bosnia, where she became known as Our Lady Queen of Peace or Our Lady of Medugorje. The apparition appeared to two young girls in 1981 and was labeled a miracle and the site at Medugorje is now a pilgrimage site for Catholics. On the back of the pendant is the Church of St. James the Greater.
