This listing is for a 1981 Corner Brook, Newfoundland Dog, Trade Dollar. The obverse of this token depicts an image of the Newfoundland dog standing facing right. The reverse depicts an image of a steam locomotive, also right-facing. The Newfie bullet was formerly known as the Caribou, was a passenger train operated by Canadian National Railways. It ran from st John's to Port-Aux-Basques until it closed in 1969. This is a great find!
